SG Corporate Mobility has taken legal action against Bajaj Auto over the use of the 'Freedom' trademark for Bajaj's new Freedom 125 CNG motorcycle. SG Corporate Mobility, which now owns LML, claims exclusive rights to the trademark dating back to 2002.
